Hate Crime Training for Haringey’s Voluntary Sector

Monday 14 October 2019, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm BST, London, UK

National Hate Crime Awareness Week (NHCAW) encourages local authorities (Police and Councils), key partners and communities affected by hate crime to work together to tackle local hate crime. During this week, Haringey council would like to invite anyone working in the voluntary sector to learn more about Hate crime.

This training gives professionals a chance to learn:

1. What constitutes a hate crime
2. The impact on individual, family and community
3. The support available for victims
4. The opportunity to become third party reporting sites to support victims
