Suffolk Hate Crime Conference

Thursday 17 October 2019, 9:30-12:30 BST, Martlesham, UK

This half day conference, held within National Hate Crime Awareness Week, will provide a unique opportunity to better understand the impact of hate crime on its victims and our communities, the levels within Suffolk, and the ways in which we can collectively work together. The event will also give the opportunity to listen to the experiences of some inspirational speakers, including AlterEgo; a ‘not-for’profit’ Social Enterprise specialising in using drama and related media to raise awareness around complex social issues.

This half day event is aimed at all organisations in Suffolk who work to reduce hate crime and support victims – it will be of particular interest to senior managers and key stakeholders within Suffolk. Following the conference we would like to welcome delegates to join us for a networking lunch.
