Sussex Police Webchat on hate crime

The second web chat will be on Friday, October 16 between 7.30pm and 9pm and will feature Peter Allan, Sussex Police Hate Crime Sergeant, Ed Connell, Chair of the Gay Football Supporters’ Network, Fiyaz Mughal OBE, Director of Faith Matters, an interfaith and anti-extremist organisation which runs the TELL MAMA anti-Muslim violence helpline, Beverley Smith, a co-ordinator from the Disability Hate Crime Network, Rory Smith, LGBT Liaison Officer at Brighton and Hove police station and Dr Mark Walters, reader in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice at Sussex University and co-director of the International Network for Hate Studies.
